1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the kg9 platform (including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated services), you confirm that you:

1. Are at least 21 years of age;
2. Are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming or sports betting activities;
3. Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kg9 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or through third-party assistance — is a material breach of these Terms. kg9 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate accounts, without prior notice.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kg9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming. You may be required at any time to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);

3.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. kg9 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which kg9 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one to two business hours for bank transfers, subject to third-party processing times. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the account.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to method availability. kg9 processes withdrawal requests within one to four business hours for mobile money methods and within one to two business days for bank transfers, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule. kg9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may not be processed if a player has active pending bonus wagering requirements attached to their balance.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on kg9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a game or provider displays balances in a different currency, kg9 converts amounts to and from BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. 5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;

• Threatening, abusing, or harassing kg9 staff members or other users.

Where any prohibited conduct is detected, kg9 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all relevant transactions, withhold balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from system downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures. kg9's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kg9 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform and may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, technical upgrades, or reasons beyond its reasonable control without prior notice and without liability.

10. Amendments and Governing Terms
